| Up to 12 competitions can be played as specified in
the club’s competition calendar on Sundays during
the winter months (October to March) |
Eligibility | Full and Provisional Playing Members |
| Juniors with a Handicap Index of 28.0 or less |
| Only one junior per pairing allowed |
| All players must hold a WHS Handicap Index to participate in any
single competition, and must have played in 3 qualifying
Heswall Club Competitions within the previous 12 months prior
to the date of entry to be eligible to win the overall aggregate
prize and the Winter Mixed Aggregate Trophy |
Entry Fee | As stipulated by the Golf Committee |
Handicaps | Course Handicap, as calculated by reference to your Handicap Index applicable on the day |
Handicap Allowance | Each player receives 2/3 Course Handicap over the 12 holes.
Each partner then receives 85% of 2/3 Course Handicap |

Tees | Men play off the Blue Winter Tees using men’s stroke indices |
| Ladies play off the Lilac Winter Tees using ladies’ stroke indices |
Scores | The player with the better stableford score for a hole shall
have that score recorded in the appropriate column on
the scorecard |
| The gross score must be recorded for every hole |
| All cards must be returned (including NRs). Each player must ensure that his score is entered into the
computer immediately on completion of his round |
Prizes | One prize will be awarded per round to the pair with the best
stableford points scored that day |
Trophy Winners | The Winter Mixed Aggregate Salver will be awarded to the pair
with the best aggregate stableford points scored from any four
cards submitted from the twelve competitions |
Aggregate Prizes | Winners – Trophy, Vouchers and a Memento |
