Eligibility | Senior Members with a Handicap Index of 31.9 and below at the date of entry |
| All players must hold a WHS Handicap Index to participate and must have recorded 8 qualifying scores within the previous 12 months prior to the date of entry. See full Rules of Eligibility |
Entry Fee | As stipulated by the Seniors’ Committee |
Handicaps | Course Handicap, as calculated by reference to your Handicap Index applicable on the day, up to a maximum of 31.9 which cannot be exceeded during the course of this competition |
Handicap Allowance | 90% of Course Handicap |
| Each player receives the full difference of Playing Handicaps from the player with the lowest Playing Handicap |
Tees | Winter Blue Tees of the day |
Honour on 1st Tee | Team nearer the top of the draw |
Results | Each match must produce a winner (i.e. if match tied after 18 holes, play continues from 1st (19th) hole until a hole is won |
Playing Dates | For any round, matches to be played during the week unless agreed otherwise by competitors. Each team is equally responsible for arranging the match and ensuring completion by the closing date for that round |
| Failure to play by the due date will result in both teams being disqualified. Extensions will NOT be granted |
Prizes | The Charles Marcks Cup - will be awarded to the Winning Finalists plus Vouchers |

Closing Date for Entries | The last Sunday in September. The Entry Fee will be deducted from members’ swipe cards once the draw has taken place |
Notes | In exceptional circumstances a team may be represented by a single player. In such cases the Handicap Allowance must be calculated as if all four players are playing |
