The Amateur Championship will take place at Royal Lytham & St Annes and St Annes Old Links next month.
It is one of the most prestigious golf tournaments in the world and was first played in 1885 at Hoylake.
The winner will become 2022 Amateur Champion and, should he remain an Amateur, will gain entry into The 150th Open at St Andrews (2022), the 2023 US Open and, by tradition, will receive an invitation to the Masters Tournament in 2023.
Nearly 300 players, from an anticipated 35 countries, will compete.
Stroke play qualifying will be held on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 June on both courses. On the evening of Tuesday 14 June, there will be a cut and 64 players and ties will qualify for knock-out match play rounds from Wednesday 15 June until the 36-hole final on Saturday 18 June.
