Following the passing of a much loved mum and grandmother, we as a family would like to thank all the House, catering and bar staff at Heswall GC for their support, hard work and sensitivity when we held a family and friends “Celebration of Life” afternoon tea there recently. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, with a very special thank you to Elaine, who went way above and beyond our expectations to ensure the event went as well as it did. The food, service and care we received throughout was outstanding and we cannot recommend the venue highly enough to anyone considering it for this purpose. Many thanks again - Margaret Kennedy & Family.

Great challenging course with many interesting holes. I would have given it 5 stars except that some of the bunkers could do with more sand. The food was good and the staff all very friendly. Will definitely play there again if I get the chance.

A nice course, with a mixture of mature trees and a link type feel.Greens in great order and fairways good.Everything you expect from a top end club.

Went here for a 50th Birthday celebration. Views from room spectacular, of the golf course, River Dee and Wales beyond. Staff polite, friendly and very efficient. Room set out beautifully. Buffet great. Facilities top notch. Plenty of parking. Altogether made the experience excellent.

Liverpool Local Government Society visited 27/5/22 and we had a 5 star day. Weather was superb, course was fantastic, food excellent and everybody that we came across in the clubhouse couldn't do enough for us. One of our best society days.

One of , if not the best courses on Wirral and some of the greatest views across the Dee marshes to the Welsh headlands.Would definitely recommend a visit. 👍⛳

Visited today with 20 members of our golf Society.Fantastic day. Course was playing really well and in tremendous condition for this time of year.The service we received throughout from revising our booking, the pro shop and especially the catering was a credit to the Club.Would highly recommend.Regent Golf Society.

Great location⛳️Nice Clubhouse’ The Course lay-out Is Quite Decent; Some nice holes along the Estry with views looking over🏴 Greens have Some Nice shapes and Slopes too them but weren’t rolling the best Conditionwise- But this Time off year Can’t Grumble☔️🤐🍓. Level par Bk9 So was a happy🏌🏻♂️Nice weather all morning🌤When walking down the 18th It went black💧☂️💦So had a Great 1st Visit☺️

Can't really comment too much this time of year but in summer course be good, not the most testing off winter tees be great golf society venue, club house and food great

Liked the lay out of the course greens let it down some problems there . Fairways wer not cut to any definition so could not tell the rough from the fairway . Not enough staff on . But it was a good experience let's hope it better next year .

Great day of golf in sunshine. Great views over towards North Wales. Food was excellent, I had chilli with jalapeños. Course was in good nick fairways bit firm in the warm weather.

First time playing Heswall today. Great course, well laid out and a good test for all standard of golfer. Well worth a visit.

Great golf course after all the rain we had expected to get covered in mud. Not even a puddle in sight. Good challenge for low h/cap but forgiving enough for the higher h/cap . Greens are excellent for this time of year. Only bad point was i didn't win.

Great day at Heswall with Cheshire seniors. Course in good condition. Nice outside seating area for afternoon tea.

Really nice course but not worth £70 a round. Great views, good club house. Better courses around and a lot cheaper, it is just where it is.

Tried to book on the website but couldn't so rang the pro shop Jason was very helpful and gave me a selection of tee times to choose from.On the day again Jason very helpful.The course was a bit boggy in places but that was to be expected given the weather.In general the course for the time of year was in v good condition and pleasing to the eye.The work on the bunkers looks good the 18th when finished will be impressive.Stunning views across the Dee Estuary.Any members I met were both friendly and welcoming.All in All a good experience thank you Heswall Golf Club

Excellent, interesting course in good condition, played mid April 2019. Good practice facilities and fine clubhouse. A very enjoyable day.

As a Llanymynech member I took part in the Llanymynech/Heswall Club Exchange on April 13, 2019. My first visit to this course and certainly not disappointed. Excellent day, course in good condition with some challenging holes and magnificent views. A comfortable clubhouse with excellent facilities and catering. Made to feel very welcome by members and staff. Look forward to visiting again.
