Eligibility | Full and Provisional Playing Members |
| Juniors with a Handicap Index of 28.0 or less |
| Only one junior per pair is permitted |
| All players must hold a WHS Handicap Index to participate in any single competition, and must have recorded 8 qualifying scores within the previous 12 months prior to the date of entry to be eligible to win the overall aggregate prize and the Winter Mixed Aggregate Trophy. Entry Fee | As stipulated by the Golf Committee |
Handicaps | Course Handicap, as calculated by reference to your Handicap Index applicable on the day. The 18 hole Winter Scorecard is to be used and shots taken as per the stroke indices |
Handicap Allowance | 4BBB - each partner receives 85% of Course Handicap |
| Foursomes - 50% of combined Course Handicap |
| Greensomes - 60% of lower + 40% of higher Course Handicap |
| Texas Scramble - 35% of lower + 15% of higher Course Handicap |
Tees | Men play from the Blue Winter Tees |
| Ladies play from the Lilac Winter Tees |
Scores | All cards must be returned. Each pair must ensure that their score is entered into the computer immediately on completion of the round |
Prizes | Two prizes will be awarded per round to the pair with the best stableford points scored that day |
Trophy Winners | The Winter Mixed Aggregate Salver will be awarded to the pair with a Handicap Index of 31.9 or below for men and 30.7 or below for ladies with the most aggregated points scored from any four cards submitted from the twelve competitions played |
